Le personnel était très sympathique et aidant. Nous y étions pour un tournoi d’hockey. Un membre du personnel nous a permis de laisser le « stock » de mon chum dans une pièce afin de le laisser aérer (et m’éviter l’odeur dans la chambre 🤪). Lorsqu’il manquait quoi que ce soit pour le déjeuner, une employé arrivait dans la minute après avoir été informée. Aussi, j’ai eu de la difficulté avec le câble et une autre employée est directement venue dans ma chambre pour me montrer. De plus, deux bornes pour voiture électrique sont mis à la disposition des clients, et ce, gratuitement. Le lit était très confortable. La chambre était bien équipée (même un micro-ondes). L’emplacement était parfaite entre l’aréna et l’éblouissant bord de l’eau. Finalement, notre chienne était la bienvenue partout dans l’hôtel.

La chambre était un peu petite, mais nous n’avions vraiment pas besoin de plus. J’aurais aimé donner un commentaire plus constructif, mais tout était bien et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir…
