GOOD VALUE AND NICE AND CLEAN

It was nice and clean and a good location, right near Westfield and the train station

A good location and the bed linen and towels were changed, but the coffee cups weren’t and the garbage wasn’t removed. At the end of the week I had cockroaches. There’s no service desk, you check in at the bar. No one to ask. They couldn’t manage an ironing board.

Pleasantly surprising. Attached to a pub, it is very professionally set up and similar to a proper hotel. Good quality mattress, clean and modern finishes throughout. Not the Waldorf Astoria, but not at all bad either. I found my stay to be comfortable and relaxing. It is perfect for longer stays when on a budget.

I have stayed here about 5 times now & this is the last time I will be staying the staff are rude , I wasn’t allowed to pay in cash & the room wasn’t going to be ready till 20 minutes after checking in time

Great location, excellent amenities around, new interior, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Happy with my stay.

Stayed in 2 rooms over 9 days and they need a major overhaul, same issues in both rooms told staff but nothing done, rundown with multiple issues.
