New clean comfortable room. Good breakfast. Staff was good.

Platform bed intruded into walking area.

Everything especially getting netflix.

Bed seemed a little worn out.

Very clean rooms and nice staff.

The air conditioner sounded like a train all night. Very noisy.

I visit Florida 3 to 4 times a year and I drive down and this hotel I stay at every single time. I find it at a halfway point, and I find the staff to be very friendly and the rooms to be quite nice.

Breakfast was OK..Breakfast Lady was a winner. Otherwise breakfast was as lousy as in all other hotels we stay at. But your whole concept is terrible: one (too low) chair in the room for2. No coffee-maker. No Ice bucket. In a 'handicapped' room a bathtub most handicapped people couldn't get into or out of, myself included. Worst front desk person I've ever experienced--goes with the property and aggressively unhelpful. I traveled a lot and owned many hotels (was one of the founders of Embassy Suites) & starting with the screed on the front doors I am offended by the debasement you have designed to attract Gen ? to the debasement of people of taste. We will NEVER stay in a Tru again.

Tear down the whole thing & start again.

The computer system was down and we had to be escorted to our room each time we went out because staff could not make our keys!! There were only 2 staff on duty, so that meant we had to wait to be escorted. We were told that the computers had been down for 2 days, and one of the guests said this same thing had happened the last time they were there!!! What is up Hilton??? Can't get technical help??? The facility, breakfast and staff were all great.
