The room was excellent in terms of facilities, comfort, and quietness. The breakfast was fantastic for me because I have celiac disease, which requires a very strict gluten-free diet. The hotel definitely had a gluten-free breakfast that met all my needs. Even a separate gluten-free toaster and even gluten-free pancakes. Thank you very much. Staff is friendly, especially Math (sorry, I don't know how to spell his name exactly, I just heard it.)

I couldn't connect to the internet because it didn't accept my login, so I used my own mobile internet. And I didn't want to bother the staff because they were working less because of the strike.

Nydelig utsikt fra rommet, kjekt treningsrom med det du trenger. Kjempetrivelige hotellansatte som gjorde en strålende innsats til tross for utfordringene knyttet til hotellstreik, Artig å hilse på hotelldirektøren og de øvrige, som viste oss gjester godt humør til tross for lange dager.

Beautiful, quirky hotel with bar overlooking water with friendly staff. Max was great and all went well despite hospitality staff strike. Very close to light railway from airport and short walk to the centre. Rooms comfortable and breakfast was lovely

No kettle in the room but there was free tea and coffee in reception which was good

Breakfast was very good. General Manager and her staff that worked during the Norwegian strike need to be rewarded for the exemplary service

Very clean and close to the shop

The room was clean, really comfortable and overlooking the mountains - stunning. Check-in was quick. The hotel was located close to the tram stop. What’s more, the additional lights under the bed and in the bathroom were cool.
