A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. We arrived early in the day after a long travel day, intending to store our luggage until check-in. Without hesitation—and before we even asked—the staff member kindly offered to check us in immediately if a room was available. Fortunately, one was ready, and we were able to rest and recharge right away, which made a huge difference. The room itself was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a day of travel. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, with a wide selection of both hot and cold items. It was far better than the standard complimentary breakfast you find at many hotels. The dining area was also impressively clean and well-maintained. The hotel is located in a very safe and quiet area, with several shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. For additional dining and shopping options, Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are just a short Uber ride away—typically around $9 USD. Another great nearby option is Desert Ridge Marketplace (around $12 USD by Uber), which features stores like Nike, Ulta, Kohl’s, Sephora, Nordstrom Rack, and more. We would absolutely stay here again thanks to the excellent location, peaceful surroundings, high level of cleanliness, and most importantly, the outstanding service from the staff.

The room next to us was loud and disruptive. After 2 nights of this and multiple phone calls to front desk, we had to change rooms. We will not stay here again.

"A step above the rest "

Staff was very helpful. We were from out of state without a car so the desk manager found many restaurants within walking distance for us. The free breakfast buffet was far above any other hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was nice and clean. I really liked the shower with plenty of room and great water pressure! Very nice location for hotel!
