Spacious 1 Bedroom Apartment Near Baixa

We stayed at this apartment for three nights. The apartment in itself was very nice but the check in/check out procedure was complicated. Pros: - the location is perfect, located in a calm street, yet very central. - the apartment is very modern with good standard. Cons: - you need to pick up the key at another location about 15 minutes walk from the apartment. With lots of luggage and a child this was a struggle. Same goes for check-out. - for some reason the check in instructions were sent only 4 hours prior to check in, despite being promised these would be sent 48 hours in advance. We found the check in instructions confusing and we spent around 20 minutes looking for the apartment. All in all, nice apartment but I would not have stayed there again given the check in/check out procedure.
