"Muy buen lugar"

La cama es muy cómoda y está bien ubicado. Tuvimos un problema con el aparato del aire y lo arreglaron al momento. Tienen detalles muy bonitos.

Deberían de tener en cuenta en invierno de llegar de encender el climatizador antes si los huéspedes llegan tarde.

Decoración, acogedor y bonito

No funcionaba el ascensor, más tarde nos ofrecieron el cambio de edificio dentro del grupo Época pero lo declinamos. Personal muy amable y dispuesto.

"Excellent location and comfortable rooms - a few inconveniences for families."

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms.

The elevator wasn’t working the whole time, communicating only through whatsapp is confusing, we got an “upgrade” without asking for it and had to ask for our original booked room (with a door between bedroom & living room) they did arrange this for us for the second half of our stay.

"Lovely apartment in great location"

Spacious apartment in a lovely building. Great, peaceful location & walking distance to main attractions and lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent, fast communication even if it was a last-minute booking. Sofa bed was prepared as requested and the beds were comfy with good quality linen & pillows. Didn’t have a chance to visit the pool area, but maybe next time;)
