Casa Sevilla 1855 Suites by Época

Property was beautiful. Fully stocked. Beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever experienced in years and years of travel. Terrific communication. Really lovely location and experience, thank you!

Everything was really nice and beautiful, they prepare something for your arrival and fixed something that was not working very fast. The location was great, right around the corner from Las Setas. The area was walkable and really nice restaurants around.

It was a nice flat, close to the center and quiet area

The patio was dark and not very confortable

When I had arrived to sleep on the night, I couldn't open the door of the room because the the encoder was without batteries. It's very uncomfortable to be in bed and not be able to access your room, and instead of apologizing, the hotel responds that I entered the wrong door code, so why did the maintenance person come in the morning to change the encoder battery? It's not a cheap hotel to give this service and these answer to the customer. Best regards.

I was in Sevilla during the 'apagon' . While is was a very unlikely and rare event , the communication could have been better. A single $2 battery-powered torch for the night would have been nice .

Excellent central location, large spacious rooms, easy virtual checkin with provision of access codes.

The rooms do not have bathtubs, that's the only real thing I found missing, otherwise a great stay.

Great location. Miriam from Epoca Suites was super helpful and super kind. You can walk to anywhere from the place
