Trevon Hotels & Resorts Candolim Goa

The location of this hotel is within 1.5km of Sinquerim beach as well as Candolem beach. There are good places to go out to eat & drink nearby. The breakfast tastes good. The property helps arrange cabs for local sightseeing. I was given a room on the fifth floor which was very huge and quite peaceful.

The breakfast spread is too limited. The fruits served weren't fresh either. The foyer & the swimming pool are just too tiny. They've got hardly any spacing between two rooms. The corridor is extremely narrow and it gets very suffocating at times. The rooms need to have sound proofing. I can literally hear anyone passing by my room The biggest disappointment for me is that there wasn't any peep-hole in the room's door. I feel this is a huge lapse on the safety part, especially, if I were a solo female traveller.

I have gone there at 5.30 pm they have cancelled my booking that you have not informed personal I told about booking.com but they have not interested after that I have told also if I have not coming you were charging us for not cmg then they told yes but not we booking.com charging they cancelled booking after that I have requested personal know where to go all the chages is up and you don't have any number in your website before booking 2 months we are on the road after that they told we will give one room for 5 person leave the booking.com we will charge 13000/- for one room we don't have option we stayed 5 in one room sir your is so big company but you don't have any number to contact where we have to go that time we where 5 friends all are very angry this is second time happened with me by booking.com we where sleeping near bathroom I never do know believe on you second bad experience 🙏🙏
