USParking is included as well as the wifi. I like the option to stream apps from my phone to TV. Pool was available as well as breakfast. The head lady let my sister and I check in early by enrolling me into the IGH program which was so nice.
One of our towels were dirty, not a super big deal. I felt like the pool was a bit chilly, but the hot tub made up for it. I think the breakfast was lack luster than what the photos portray. But it wasn’t a bad stay. Would book through this chain again.

USUSBed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice sized and had plenty of hot water.
No coffee pot/machine in room. They had coffee available 24/7 in lobby. Not convenient for me. Also no microwave to reheat meal. Refrig was so small couldn’t fit med size pizza box in it. Rooms were real small.
USThe property was peaceful and conveniently located near Leavenworth. The room and overall property were clean and well maintained, with good amenities and a decent breakfast. The dog station was a bit far but clean and well equipped. The electric charging station was especially helpful and convenient for car owners.
The room felt too small for the price. The front desk staff did not seem well trained or knowledgeable and often did not communicate information clearly.
CAUSThe hotel was clean and staff pleasant, however having a room on the front side of the building closest to the main arterial was a problem and fortunately we were able to get a room on the backside of the property to avoid the traffic noise.
Initial room location, even tho' in my registration request I asked for a room on the backside of the property. This is our second stay at this same location with the same issue--hence the request for a room away from traffic.

The staff, checkout lady wasn’t pleasant just took keys to check out and had me waiting there as if I was waiting for something. Didn’t bother to say your all set or nothing else Is needed until I asked if we were good to go.
