I absolutely love this place; it's so convenient, and the staff are genuinely helpful and welcoming. Paul Priestly is especially friendly, always making sure we're doing well and really enjoying our stay.
We stayed here for two nights that the hotel was very clean. Met and went above. IHG standards. Mr Paul Priestley. The manager and his staff were extremely kind and supportive. They also took care of our dog would highly recommend this place, especially if you are trying to get to Leavenworth, where the hotels can be quite expensive.
Thank you Paul for making our stay so enjoyable!! We especially enjoyed the 24 hrs coffee!!! Would recommend rooms off of Wenatchee Avenue. Noise is pretty bad at night with traffic.

Was nice, new and clean. Just a couple suggestion, the manager should not reprimand her employee in front of customers, i felt sorry for the poor new girl, that was actually working and doind somwthing else. Micro market was way overpriced, which you expect it to be a little bit but omg! Also it took us almost 30 mins to figure out how to turn on the lights as when we were checked in we were not told about using the room key for the lights! That was really frustrating as we needed to freshen up and meet family and it made us so late!! We were not able to have breakfast as they were late setting up and getting it out, that was frustrating as they advertise breakfast! I also felt it was rude to be approached by hotel staff in the lobby as we were waiting for our coffee to make sure we give a good review, it was almost a being pressured and told that we would give a good review.

It was so amazing! Paul the ambassador was the best. We had a lovely conversation with him! Our dog loved it too! The bed was pleasantly comfortable and clean as well! Be prepared for an amazing stay.
