Location and general ambiance of the hotel....

The rooms are very basic and not value for money... the gym has broken down which is a shame as it was a huge motivator of the booking

Sometimes loud music downstairs If you order a meal, you'll find the service is impressively slow (= about 1h for a hamburger)
