The food , the ambience, the rooms, the staff are observant and have appropriate recommendations

They have no bidets in the toilet. Shame in this time and age. The TV's are small , not smart and have an annoying light that stays on through the night. I had to cover the TV with a towel.

"Irresponsible receptionists..."

Location and restaurant

My room door lock was broken so the card wasn't unlocking it. I had to go downstairs twice only to get them open with the master key. The next day when I left in the morning, i reminded them to check and fix and they assured me. However in the evening when i arrived back at the hotel the lock was still not fixed and I had to make my way to the reception to tell them. Finally tried and tried and after they were ok to change my room.
