The reception is very helpful, especially Miss Zahra. Thank you very much. You are an icon of the hotel

It is very far from Izmir, about 60 kilometers, and there is no swimming pool, and the hotel smells not good I hope to improve the breakfast menu and its variety

"Excellent hotel, location and staff great."

Fantastic hotel with the most helpful and courteous staff. We were given an upgraded room. Restaurant for our dinner and breakfast was good and food selection was excellent. 200m to the waterfront where you can walk along the beach (and swim)

"Amazing staff, comfortable beds and good WIFI connection"

The staff was amazing. For example, I forgot my jacket and they kept it until my friend pick it up. We came to the hotel always late because of work but the room service is open for 7/24. One night, I had to order Turkish meatball at 2:00 AM and it was delicious. Sometimes I need ice bucket to get fresh myself after work, the staff always gave me a huge ice bucket.

They should get rid of carpet in the room. It's 2024, no need carpets in room any more.

Poor breakfast service, no sweet part and not continuously replenished. Slow dinner service. excellent cleaning service and excellent room. excellent wifi. Made requests to have something extra for breakfast but they don't respect the customer. present gym with few accessories.

"Overall is okay."

Front desk staffs are very helpful. The room was clean and decoration and condition is good.

The location is not close to central Izmir at all. As a first time traveler to Turkey and didn’t know where is Aliaga.

"Exceptional"

The hotel looked very new and our room was super modern, large and comfortable. We never stayed at Ramada outside US, and we were pleasantly surprised to say the least. It appeared to be definitely high rank. Breakfast was extra, but it was delicious. We also had dinner in their restaurant and it was amazing, both food and service. If you ever need an overnight stay on you way along the coast - this is definitely my recommendation.
