location was in the quiet area surrounded by forest, you need to use the ski bus to get to the lifts, the bus is old and broken and smells of cigarette smoke. The rooms are large and clean and kept warm all day.

We had no hot water for 3 days, the first day it was late when we arrived back from the skiing so we just thought the water was used up and we can shower in the morning. No water 2nd day, no water 3rd day, so they changed our room end of 3rd day.

Location, parking, spacious room.

I was disappointed by the rooms. We changed it 3 times after long discussions with the staff and after I slowed them pictures. The receptionist didn't speak English. First rooms had a dirty couch and it was very cold inside. Also bad cigarettes smell on the holway. Second one had a very used mattress, with holes and a lumps. The food was no more than edible. Although breakfast was until 10 AM, at 9:30 the food trays were empty, they didn't refill and they, shamelessly, shut down the lights above the food (signs of closing). It was ice on the stairs, at parking entrance, kids fell on it. The fitness room is completely useless, everything is broken, very dirty. The manager camed in the morning, parked in the entrance blocking cars, including ours. We waited half an hour for him. Poor management!

Mic dejun bogat.

Hotelul este de maxim 3 stele. Nu am avut incalzire in ambele camere ( lipsa calorifer ), nu exista frigider. Camera este saracacioasa. Soferul de pe shuttle fuma in interiorul masinii.
