I felt the environment was pretty good, but did not find it very inviting. The guests seem to be traveling through in the hotel attracted younger partiers. I was a little bit surprised that the parking cost $10 per night with it being an open non-structured parking area.

Very nice hotel, lots of fun things to do surrounding it, and it was clean and quiet which is such a plus. I also loved the fact the rooms got actually dark with the blinds, I find at so many hotels there is always light getting through!

The blankets and towels had blood stains. Even though they kept changing the blankets and towels daily they were all stained. I told the front desk and didn’t do nothing.

I’ve been in Hospitality Sales for 19 Years and worked for multiple Brands. I can say that this property not only has friendly staff and is clean but the amenities are absolutely everything you need for a traveling family! Generally a fan of Hilton and Marriott but Hyatt House is incredible! My entire family loves this property!
