"Avoid this one at any cost"

2.0

This was a terrible experience. The apartment servicing company did not provide timely information on how to access the apartment. In addition, without my permission, they changed the address of the reservation in their e-mail. I suspect that was the root of the problem. Rather than waiting on the street for the digital access codes, I chose to go to a hotel. This was a very costly experience. I am fighting for a refund and getting nowhere but will notify authorities about these questionable business practices from the Hotels.com and apartment servicing company. Sadly, hotels.com does not have any other way to resolve the issue than their chat service which is literally useless, they have trouble understanding English in that chat. In the future, I will not use Expedia or hotels.com to rent apartments.
