"Disappointing stay."

Near to beach location is the only positive. Staff is good and responsive.

They gave Block B1 which had a very bad smell whole night and we couldn’t switch room. Switch board had open wires and it was a safety concern being with Kids. Whenever we go out, we were delaying our stay outside intentionally as our family is not interested to visit back to room which was very disappointing.

"Location wise it’s good but need to maintain and plus set staff right."

Location

Staff plays games. They deliberately want to provide you services on higher cost then normal and when you don’t take it from them they behave badly with you. For example I hired a bike which they provided me at a very high cost plus when I needed cab for airport they quoted me a too higher price and when I refused and managed cab by my own they started behaving badly with me. It clearly indicates they have set commissions.
