"Assez bon rapport qualité prix "

L'arrivée a été chaotique car l'agent d'accueil prétendait que l'on avait pas réglé notre nuitée alors que nous avions la preuve de notre règlement par PayPal à la réservation en janvier. Il a fallu contacter Hôtels.com qui a été réactif et très efficace. Le descriptif de la chambre réservée ne correspondait pas à la réalité. On nous a dit que toutes les réservations via une plateforme sont à 2 petits lits individuels et non un lit 2 personnes. Cependant on nous a proposé de changer de chambre. Il n'y a pas non plus de bouilloire, thé etc pourtant indiqué dans le descriptif à la réservation. Beau buffet de petit déjeuner et isolation phonique des chambres parfaite.

Stayed one night whilst driving from Spain to the ferry back to England. Pleasantly surprised at how nice this basic hotel is. Will definitely build into my future plans. Cognac is beautiful
