"Disappointing"

Apartment wasn’t cleaned properly. 2 used nail files left from previous customers. Hair left in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Lime scale was around both shower heads and no hot water after 20mins of the shower running. B We booked this accommodation based on reviews and was very disappointing also to only receive a small refund of £10 each for this inconvenience. Won’t be booking again

Noisy trains and automatic front door locking mechanism, bad odour in building entrance lobby.

Location within 5 minutes walk of railway and bus stations and also a new tram line later this summer.

The booking process contained 2 errors. They don't accept American Express and payment is required several days ahead, online. The process is fully automated.
