Location was good.

Host was a bit abrupt.

They messed up my check in and refuse to give me a refund.

It was just a room by itself off a small street instead of in a "hotel"

Description of the place is deceiving. Service was terrible - tried to call the "front desk" but no one speaks English and it's hard to find the "front desk" which is supposedly located somewhere else. No daily room cleaning service which was a huge surprise! We stayed for 3 nights and the place only provided 3 shower towels and 3 wash towels which was a surprise. There is a bright Emergency Exit sign in the bedroom area facing the beds which made a good night sleep almost impossible without some eye-coverings. The worst is the place contacted us on the day we are arriving to tell us the true check-in "front desk" location and it was too late - we arrived at the hotel location they gave us and then we found out that there was no one to check us in, which was very worrisome in a strange place and foreign place. The key is: we were not told earlier that we should watch out for a message - on the day we are scheduled to arrive at the hotel - to learn the check-in location! Which hotel would do this to their customers? Any important information should all be communicated very early on with your customer - especially like Check-in location if it's different from the address you had provided early on! We have repeatedly received long massages warning us that if we have more than 2 guests in the room, we would be required to pay big extra money, etc.; but never mentioned the important information that the Check-in location would be very different! I am still waiting for a receipt for my final cash payment as of today... and I hope the "hotel" explains to me why there was no mention of "no cleaning service during our stay" in its online descriptions and in the several messages to me early on.

Great location

It was not very clean. And it was hard to find. The smallest bathroom we saw in Japan

Everything was excellent,the point to highlight is the Illuminated Exit light in the room, it's to bright and it's difficult for good sleep.

Location was perfect, house was very clean, host was fantastic.

Living room is ok

My booking said we should have rooms with 2 single bad. 1 double bed, 4 tatami beds! The real fact is the household only unlocked 1 room with 2 beds , and outside the room there is a small tatami with an EXIT light on all night! We 3 people are friends 1 boy and 2 girls, it’s so not convenient to show and use wash room!
