great location with very nice rooms, bathrooms, and facilities. The property is well maintained, and there are plenty of pools to choose from, which is a definite plus.

There were several issues that significantly affected my experience. The biggest problem was the lack of accessible shaded areas around the pools. While shaded spots were available, many of them had to be reserved and paid for separately. In Southern Nevada, where summer temperatures are extreme and shade is essential, it seems unreasonable that guests have to pay extra just to escape the sun. There were simply not enough complimentary parasols or shaded areas available for everyone. Another frustrating issue was the hotel's minibar and snack system. Even bottled water in the room was chargeable, with a bottle costing around $16. Guests should be extremely careful about touching anything in the minibar or snack area. If an item is removed/lifted for more than a short period (30 seconds), you may be automatically charged. I was charged despite not consuming any of the items and had to contact the hotel to have the charges removed. To their credit, they did remove them, but the system feels like an unnecessary money grab and creates an unpleasant guest experience. While the hotel has many positive qualities, these policies left a bad impression. Considering the extra charges and the lack of readily available shade around the pool areas, I don't think I would choose to stay here again.

I didnt like that we went to the pool area 2 hours before they closed. We were in the 3rd pool i was the one sitting taking a nap and I hear an employee making noise folding the chairs and letting them fall flat. It was an hour before closing that this happen. They took all of my family towels and my brothers shirt. We never got the shirt back.
