Personale incompetente, ogni gg ci hanno addebitato costi non previsti e tolti sol9 dopo reclamo. La colazione inclusa non è la classica a buffet ma ti riconoscono solo un voucher di 33 dollari presso i punti convemzionati, ovviamenre con i loro prezzi superi e poi ogni gg hai la tip da aggiungere. Tempi check in pessimi e dopo 1.20 mi avevano assegnato solo 1 delle 2 camere prenotate dicendomi che non risultava la seconda. Per fortuna avevo stampato la prenotazione che, tra l'altro, era unica. Le stanze grandi ma trascurate, docce rotte etcc

There was a lot to do. Didnt really need to leave the hotel. Great restaurants.

No balcony. Pool seating access is very expensive. Keep restaurants open later.

The resort was clean and the rooms were nice. Parking wasn't bad.

I think the food was on the expensive side though out the place. The quality was fast food for the cost of restaurant food. I also dont know why you would want 20 table games with no players by keeping a $25 min when if you dropped it to $10 those table would have been all full and the energy would have been amazing. This casino has no energy.

"The best!!"

It was amazing. Very nice and close to walk to Venetian. Free ride with electric car up and down Vegas stripe. Amazing places to eat in hotel. Easy to walk around and across the street from a CVS. Near great places off the Vegas stripe to eat. Close by Fairmont street/old Vegas. I will be back. Great price on booking.com for a quick trip at the last minute.

Long wait time on phone to ask for a late check out. Please ask the night before and in person.
