I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Serena Hotel! My room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. All staff members were friendly and helpful, especially Miguel who went out of his way to assist me on a couple of occasions.

Our stay at the Serena Hotel was nothing short of exceptional - truly a five-star experience from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond, and we have to give special recognition to Emily and Miguel. They were absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful, they made us feel valued and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything - always with a smile - truly set this hotel apart. Our room was beautifully appointed, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The bed felt luxurious, the linens were crisp, and every amenity was perfectly in place. It was the perfect space for us to relax and unwind. You can tell the hotel takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards. What truly makes this property shine is the level of service. The staff is fabulous - professional yet personable, efficient yet never rushed. Every interaction felt sincere and welcoming. If you're looking for comfort, casual elegance, and outstanding hospitality, the Serena Hotel delivers on every level. Stayed a weekend in a deluxe room and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room felt spacious with high ceilings, was very clean and comfortable with a relaxing view, and the hotel had a calm, relaxed atmosphere throughout. The restaurant is genuinely good and breakfast was super tasty. The pool area is stylish and well kept, and parking is easy although slightly expensive. The only minor drawback was somewhat weak water pressure, but overall this is a well-run hotel we would gladly return to.

Hanouf was great! She was very friendly and inviting. She helped with check out, she helped me getting a mid night snack as well. She was an awesome energy to be around
