Location. Was clean and comfortable

Had left 2 remotes at the facility by TV. The person who first answered the phone when I called was abrupt and somewhat rude. I had asked if someone could go up and look and was given some excuse. Called back and asked for manager and she claimed no one put in lost and found and that someone was in room and they could not look. I find it hard to believe if roomed cleaned that the person cleaning didn't bring to lost and found as per manager they know only one remote per room and if in there they would bring to front desk. No one did which means someone kept. Wasn't happy about how was handled and that the staff was so non caring.

"Home2 Suites by Hilton Pompano Beach we'll be BACK"

The staff was BY FAR one of the friendliest and helpful staffs I've EVER met. I've traveled for decades for work and recreation... BY FAR. Even in far more expensive hotel and resort accommodations. The manager, she is the ABSOLUTE BEST. In 40 years of travel I have never written a review. Should have.. but sometimes people just having bad days. But this stay was just so comfortable and inviting. Everything and everyone from the Front of House to the Breakfast Serving (Yes I capitalized it because they deserve that) Staff were kind, helpful and made you feel like family. Even to children. No culture shocks, no racism, no economic divisions, not even a trace. Everyone here was family. Clean, Care & Comfort is what they gave. Even when they stepped in the elevator with, laughing all the way to my floor, like we've known each other forever. This was ober a month ago and I'm still smiling about it today. And this was BEFORE our family cruise. Oh and the location is EVERYTHING! If this ENTIRE staff is there next year.... they will see us AGAIN! Thank you for kicking our vacation off ✅️

Leaving .... But the Allure of the Seas was waiting for us... but we'll be back. Oh and they didn't have a color printer lol!
