Nice and quality hotel

Room service was the worst. They were not clean. They would not give you anything that you needed from this. You asked 4 times for towels, you would never get them. You had to call them already mad about it. In order for them to respond horrible customer service in general, there was only one lady at the front that was a little bit kind. And she would try to help, I don't know her name. It might be Stephanie, there's a lot of reviews on her in particular, only her. Terrible to go on vacation and havevto deal with this

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sauber. Das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich vor allem die Dame am Frühstücksbuffet sorgte immer für gute Laune. 🫶🏽 Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und Handtücher täglich gewechselt. Pool area auch hat gereicht und es war immer eine Liege vorhanden.

Das Parken im Parkhaus etwas zu teuer. Leider gibt es keine andere Möglichkeit woanders zu parken.

Decepcionada también con Booking! Compre habitación suite para cinco personas con la descripción de dos habitaciones con cama doble y sofá cama y resultó una habilitación sencilla con dos camas dobles y un sofá cama. Todos hacinados!!! Gracias a que todos somos familias!!!
