The food

How I was received and rooms are bad ( supposed to get upgrade because of genius @booking but I got view on garbage … and didn’t feel welcome . I have 2 kids 6 and 2 years and supposedly they should stay in another room as it is max 2 kids and 1 adult … very strange policy .

The Woodward service overall is superior from the time you check in until you check out. They are in touch with you on WhatsApp and arranging everything you need, making it very easy to you to request any service, and they are super kind and responsive. So far, it is one of the best experience I’ve ever had during my special occasion. Rooms are very clean, organized, housekeeping almost every time you leave the room on top of night service before you go to bed to ensure we have everything we need in the room.

We liked everything in the hotel.

The service in main restaurant was challenging for breakfast. Waiting 30 min for a tea or anyone to take our order was not great, the coffee came out in 5 min. There were also events in the hotel which caused restrictions- I think we probably should have been told ahead of time.
