The 3rd floor room I had was mych better then the last time I stayed on the 2nd floor .This time there was no musty smell my room was very clean unlike the dog rooms which seem much worse..Only complaint was those beds hard rock hard not at all comfortable no matter what floor .The rest of the stay was nice.

Clean rooms , great breakfast, friendly staff. We were close to Boxing Hall of Fame. Outdoor patio. Will go back!

Absolutely outstanding stay at this Hampton property. It's new, super clean, the food is great, but honestly and most importantly it's probably the best service I've ever experienced in hundreds of hotels stays. The people we interacted with were always going above and beyond. Vicki checked us in. I have never felt so sincerely welcomed to a hotel. She had great tips on the local food scene which allowed us to get the kids fed after a long day on the road and did everything to make us comfortable, even setting us up when we brought back the take out to enjoy it in the dining area (much better than trying to feed the kids on the beds in the room!). The next night, Holly saw us microwaving some more leftovers (again, feeding the kids after a big day out and about) and sprung into action setting us up with everything to enjoy our meal. As we ate I witnessed her greet many customers with a smile and addressing all of their needs / requests with ease and a smile. I find that at a lot of hotels, sure if you ask for something they can generally meet the needs, but the culture across this entire place seems like all the staff genuinely want to do everything they possibly can to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Huge thank you for a great stay! We will never stay anywhere else in this area!
