호텔이 깨끗하고 청결했음.TV리모컨작동이 잘안됨.개선필요.호텔주차가안되서 실외주차시 시간제한없이 자유롭게 주차되게 개선필요.

I liked the room. It was a bit sparce but I can understand why they decorated that way. It was comfortable and the view wasn't bad. I liked the delivery of fresh towels and bottled water the next morning. Having a freezer was great especially with how hot it is at the moment. Location was good - easy to get around. I think a few taxi drivers were a bit unsure of the name of the building but they managed to find it with the address.

No dryer or rack after you washed clothes. No iron. No cutlery or plates/bowls. I understand they don't want you to cook but they did provide a microwave which sort of defeats the object as you can eat in the room. I was a little disturbed when just before midnight a man tried to enter my room. I did shout he got wrong room. I don't know if he was drunk but it perturbed me as a solo female traveller. However, that is not the company's fault.

주차장 빼고는 다 맘에 듭니다. 속초중앙시장 가깝고 시설도 좋고 청결합니다. 바로 밑에 편의점이 있어서 편리하구요.

좋은 점 : 1. 주차가 편함 : 건물 지하주차장은 협소하나 근처 공영주차장을 쉽게 이용가능하며 공영주차장은 출차 5분전에만 연락하면 주차등록이 되므로 이용이 편리함 2. 주변에 걸어서 갈 만한 곳들이 많음 아쉬운 점 : 1. 객실내 1회용품이 없으며 비누도 없기 때문에 준비해가거나 1층 자판기에서 구입을 해야 함 2. 침구류에서 하얀색 작은 먼지가 많이 날림. 먼지 알러지 심하면 문제가 될 수도 있음 3. 배게가 불편한 편 4. WIFI가 연결이 제한이 있는것 같음. 호실마다 차이가 있는지는 모르지만 내가 사용했던 객실의 경우 WI FI에 4개 이상 연결을 시도하면 연결이 안 됨. 내 경우 핸드폰 4개, 구글티비, 태블릿1개, 스위치 1개를 가지고 갔는데 연결불가(연결포화)로 동시 사용이 불가능 했음

- The room was a decent size. - The washing machine in the kitchen was an added bonus! - Larger bathsheets are also provided. - The beds were comfortable. - The folding table stored in the cupbard is genius!

- It would be useful to provide a clothes drying rack since there is a washing machine. - There is no hand soap provided for the kitchen or the bathroom.

무인으로 이용하여 대기시간없이 바로 이용가능했고 스마트폰이용 키를 사용해서 편리했음 주차도 공영주차장 지원되었고 룸도 깔끔하였음
