It was excellent stay and food. I really enjoyed staying at hotel. Although all staff members were excellent in the behaviour and greeted well but Ms Nikita parmar helped me alot and guided well during stay at hotel. I personally recommend other visitors in the city to stay and enjoy Thanks Dr Krishna Kumar Singh

The location was good and the rooms were of good size and decent comfort & proper lighting.

Staff support was pathetic, especially the front desk. Takes ages to check-in and another long wait for check-out. Call them for something and you will wait for an eternity with no proper response. Very painful experience - not what you would expect from a TAJ. Does Taj even audit this place?
