"Incredibly impressed with this beautiful hotel and its attentive and friendly staff, will stay again!"

The room views were incredible on the 22nd floor. The bed so incredibly comfortable. Buffet breakfast delicious and at a high standard!

I do think that the pool area could benefit from an adults only time, maybe after 7pm it could become and adults only space. Having kids splashing about and diving/bombing in at 8:30pm isn’t overly relaxing or reflective of a 5star hotel rating.

The hotel has a luxurious feel and is well maintained.

There is no parking option and your not told until you arrive that it will be $60 for them to park your car and i was also told even though id paid upfront that they would need to put a $50 bond from my card but instead took $150 The breakfast was also cold.

Rooms are a bit tired. We were in room 1316. Tables and furniture marked and stained. Main light feature in the room wasn’t working. When asked how to turn on, they said it wasn’t working.
