Pousada Casarão Gastehaus

The setting of the place was nice among the trees. Our room was at the back of the property without any views but quiet and clean. Pool was good

We originally booked a chalet but we find out when we arrived that it was along a main road with noisy trucks passing by. It should have been disclosed in the website that it was the case. So we asked to be moved in another room at the back of the property that was a lot less expensive. They agreed but the owner contacted on the phone by the very polite staff did not want to refund the difference. So we ended up in a room with no noise but we spend a lot more that we should have .. At the breakfast there was only one very efficient staff but she was not able to handle the massive amount of work as they had nearly a full house occupancy . So there were a lot of used plates cups etc left on tables and even near the food buffet ( not hygienic) Really they need at least 2 people for the job. But I commend the all -in one cook/waiter who was doing absolutely her best!

O local surpreendeu, ele é mais bonito pessoalmente do que nas fotos (o que normalmente é raro). O quarto e as instalações são excelentes. O local é bem silencioso, passa a sensação de dormir em chácara, só escuta os animais. O café da manhã é relativamente simples, mas bem gostoso. É um pouco distante do centro de Pomerode, mas fica na estrada principal, então é bem acessível de carro. Com toda certeza eu voltaria e recomendo.

Só faria uma observação: o local tem bastante escadas e rampas para acessar basicamente tudo. Para quem tem dificuldades de locomoção, como idosos, não é um local tão adequado.

Café da manhã muito bom, funcionários atenciosos e gentis. Boa localização

O controle do ar-condicionado não funcionava direito e a tv não era smart e não tinha muitos canais interessantes
