Would not recommend staying here. We were charged a £500 smoking fee despite neither of us smoking, and no one informed us about this during our stay or at checkout. The money was simply taken afterwards with no proper explanation or evidence provided. I have been ringing, emailing, and explaining the situation for the last two weeks and still have not received any proper resolution. Instead, I keep getting passed from one person to another with no one taking responsibility for the issue. They are now claiming this is handled by a “third party” company that monitors these charges, yet they refuse to put me in direct contact with this third party. I was even told that if I want my money back, I should try getting it back through my bank. That honestly does not sound right at all and has only made the situation feel even more suspicious. After reading other reviews, I can see this has apparently happened to other guests as well, which honestly makes the whole situation feel like a scam. Charging guests £500 without clear evidence or communication is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service has been extremely disappointing throughout. If a hotel is going to apply charges of this size, they should at the very least provide proof and deal with complaints professionally. Be very careful when staying here. The only positive is the location — you can’t really go wrong with that. It’s literally a 2-minute walk from the beach and nearby restaurants. However, the rooms are very, very small, and the hotel itself is also quite small and boutique-style.

We are having the absolute best time. We’re so excited. Our girl is getting married such a vibe. We were having a really rough week butALIKA our server really picked up our mood and made it such a fun experience turning our entire week around Julian is absolutely incredible. He is helping do everything for our girlie who is pregnant making her feel included we are still happy. We came here.

The rooms are to much for the small space

Great hotel but having never been to Maimi before, I wasn't expecting such a chaotic pool area. Don't expect to lie quietly - the music is pumping and the pool is heaving with people!

Pool area was moldy and cushions were all dirty, extra amenities charge upon arrival without prior notice, room was tiny for price. drinks were very overpriced, containing mostly ice in a small cup.

The location is good.

Price-performance ratio is not acceptable. The rooms are of a very low standard—tiny spaces where you can barely turn around. The staff are not particularly friendly, and the pool loungers are quite dirty. You have to carry the beach chairs yourself to the beach, even though the pictures suggest that a beach with umbrellas is included. It’s outrageous that not even an umbrella is provided for rent. The situation with the rental bikes is also a joke: only two hours are free, after that you have to pay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, as its online presentation is misleading because it appears in real very run-down—for this price, it’s absolutely unacceptable.
