Great location Nice apartment and TV with netflix est Well decorated. No windows that open made bedrooms very warm Not all lights turn off Not an issue for us but stairs down are very steep

The size and location were perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed and both bedrooms were a good size. The apartment was stylish and decorated to a high standard.

There aren’t any windows you can open, which when that’s something you are used to doing daily, is something you miss. The beds are ok, but would benefit from a better mattress. By the third of five nights, my neck, hip and back were achy. A couple of nights would feel fine.

We have stayed at these apartments before, so knew what to expect. It's a great set-up. 2 double bedrooms, a big bathroom, and plenty of living space. The sofa is really comfortable, too, rather than those hard uncomfortable ones. We stayed in and cooked, and most equipment we would want was there. There is plenty of hot water, and the heating is set to warm. We tried to turn it off, but struggled. The location is superb, just a short walk from Underbank, Market, and the shopping centre. There is a supermarket in walkable distance, too. Plenty of pubs in a short distance, too. The keyless Yale entry system is good, I like this.

I knew there was a hairdryer from my last visit, so I didn't take my own. However, the hairdryer didn't have a UK plug, and I didn't have the right adapter with me. I messaged about this, but didn't get a reply. Scissors in the kitchen would be helpful. The dishwasher definitely needed the filters cleaning. We tried to use it twice, but both times it wasn't cleaning the dishes, so we just handwashed.

Stylish, modern, but characterful. Good heating. Nice bathroom. Although building work around, it was a good location and no disturbance as it was weekend. Managed to get free parking in the evenings.

I felt that the kitchen was under equipped in terms of pots and pans. I also thought the bedding was cheap quality and a bigger duvet would have helped as it was a bit drafty … not major things but would have lifted things up without being excessively expensive for the owners. The living area is only really suitable for 2 despite having sleeping for 4. We were 3 but managed ok for a few days as we were out most the time.

False Advertisement of a penthouse apartment, I actually have my own personal fear / dislike of sleeping on a ground floor , that's why I opted for this FAKE PENTHOUSE, it was late after the airport and I then had to rent & travel to an alternative accommodation on booking.com the same night, and I've not even had the courtesy of a response yet I paid double for accommodation that weekend 1 real 1 fake penthouse

Bedding stank, no fire equipment.

the base of the bed was broke and no communication when emailing. had to move the mattress onto the floor to sleep on. the electric tripped and we had to stand in tue cold for over 2 hours before gettin support. I was with my mum who is 81. I cudnt get a response all weekend

It was nice and modern and excellent location. Walking distance into town and car park.

The kitchen was great

The beds were too soft, it was noisy and the heating came on way to hot and woke everyone up.

The flat was well appointed and as described, in a perfect location and comfortable.

There was constant construction noise which began morning until evening, as there was building right beside the flat. The workers played a radio all day and were shouting as well. I would have wished that there would have been some warning about this from the owners or agency.
