Lovely hotel that was just right for a one night stay in Gwangju.

Close enough to a train station, rough if you need to carry bags. The room was secure.

Beds are very firm. Lots of lights in the bedroom including automatic bright light if you have someone that needs to use the bathroom at night it is very bright.

部屋も広くて清潔。 朝食も美味しい。

Breakfast was a decent spread but mainly local fare. (Except for some sausages). For those looking for a more international offering, it might not be to your taste. There were plenty of tables/seats at the breakfast area and it was spacious. Room wise, it was very spacious as well. The rooms and towels were clean. I did not hear much noise from the other rooms but am not sure if it was due to the sound proofing or low occupancy. Hotel was about a 5 to 10 mins walk to the nearest subway station. Decent amount of food choices nearby. Came during December and floor/room heating was good and balanced.

It is strange that there was not a single rail/hook installed for hanging of towels or clothing anywhere in the bathroom itself.(there is a tiny one directly behind the w/c bowl but it doesn't look like it is for towels. I cannot for the life of me figure out why they had no place for towels or for hanging your change of clothing and you will end up resorting to strange methods like putting your clothing and the towels at the basin area etc... Also, it would be nice to have a shower screen/curtain to prevent the water from splashing out of the tub area. Lastly, the light zone control could be split in a better manner for more localized lighting control but this was a minor issue.
