Hotel Manhattan, BW Signature Collection

Staff not knowledgeable, confused with our/other reservations. Took an estimated 30 minutes to get our room. Was directed to different rooms, either key did not work in one, another room was already occupied. Never had an experience like this with other hotels.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming

We got the king suit the floors where dirty the shower was dirty and they had dirty dishes in the cabinet

The hotel was perfect ! Clean and the staff was helpful. The bar outside was awesome and got to view some fireworks. The shower also was very relaxing, it had different settings like rain shower, massage, hand shower and etc. 10/10

Staff was friendly and swift in filling our request. We were absolutely pleased with hotel so much so we stayed an additional night.

It was a convenient location

When you first walk in to the building it smells heavily like mold. We booked a king size room because my husband is 6’4” and doesn’t fit comfortably in a queen size bed. We were told that we couldn’t have the last king ADA room because we weren’t “disabled”. A bit discriminating in my opinion. They upgraded us to the next biggest room with a queen which is what we were trying to avoid. Didn’t want to try and find somewhere else to stay as we had been driving for over 10 hours and needed to get some rest. I’ve never been told that I couldn’t have the room I booked and paid for prior to arriving because we weren’t physically disabled. We travel alot for work and for personal and this was the first time I’ve ever experienced that. Needless to say my husband’s feet hung off the bed and it wasn’t the best night’s rest. Not the greatest experience.

The staff were great. We had an issue with the lights in our room going out multiple times. Someone came and flipped the breaker to get them on the first time but they kept going out. We ultimately had to pack up in the dark in the middle of the night and move to another room.

I love how clean and spacious the rooms are!
