みんな書いてる通り空気清浄機の水が代えてないので黄色かった。 清掃がもう少しできていれば良い。 お風呂も掛け湯と水風呂の水が出てなくて汚かった。 あと、緑茶も置いて欲しい

"洗面台にコバエが…"

洗面台にコバエが数匹いました。水で流しても、少し経つとまたどこからか湧き出ています。 ランドリーを使用しましたが、乾燥機が全然乾きませんでした。結局、近くのコインランドリーに行きました。 大浴場は良かったですが、ウォーターサーバーの水が切れており、サービスが行き届いていない印象を受けました。 もう利用しないと思います。

"残念な感じ"

あまり使用していない部屋なのか　 清掃が行き届いていない感じでした エアコンの効きも悪く　 汗だくで寝るハメに 大浴場も　狭く　ロッカー周りも狭く 次は無いですね　 お勧めはもちろん出来ません

毎日、クリーニングをすると言われたが、4泊しましたが一度も来ませんでした。温泉も排水溝は暗く汚く、カランは髪の毛がついたまま、部屋のお風呂は赤カビ、窓のさんやレンジの上などほこりだらけ 二度と…
