Clean room with comfortable bed. Locatie in San Benito is good

The wifi is terrible which meant we could not work in our room as planned. We asked to change rooms to have better wifi and the receptionist said if we moved it would only be worse. The bar was closed the whole time we were there. When we sat down for breakfast we were told it would be a bowl of fruit. A few minutes later the lady came back and told us there was a problem and we needed to go to another hotel for breakfast which was 30 mins away, for a fruit bowl!

The property was accessible such as airport shuttle and local restaurants nearby. Staff and service was great with an easy checkout process. I’d recommend for solo travelers as well!

I enjoy staying at this location. It is very close to many attractions, restaurants, stores, malls and bars. I like how the hotel has a restaurant and bar inside but it's closed on Mondays.

The Felix Double Room 1 King Bed was spacious, clean, and had most of what I needed (no iron, limited towels, only trash can was in the bathroom). Service was lacking. I waited ~15 minutes for someone to attend to me during check-in. No one was at the front desk during normal hours (3:30PM) on a Saturday. Parking was limited. There are about 4 parking spots in front of the hotel. Parking close by in other small lots will cost money. Upon check-out, my car was blocked in by another guest's car, and I was asked to move the other guest's car with their keys. That said, you can do much worse in the area, and the room was comfortable. Not sure if it's worth the price.

The staff was great, reached out to me personally to make sure my room was booked correctly, coordinated a driver to pick me and drop me off. Checked in with me to let me a light breakfast was available and the on site restaurant has great food.

Excellent experience as always! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, is handled smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and reliability.
