Zeer smaakvol gebouwd appartement.Top inrichting. Volledig ingericht voor een permanente bewoning. Geweldige gastvrije host. Ruime tuin.

Il posto perfetto,la posizione e comfort dell'appartamento, tutto moderno , piscina esclusivamente ad uso solo dei ospiti.Verde intorno, giardino.I proprietari molto carini, disponibili sui ogni richiesta . Vicinissimo al centro, c'è il museo dei dinosauri(1 minuto a piedi uscendo dall appartamento),la panorama ,tante cose da visitare , da vedere e da gustare a Gubbio .E poi in vicinanza con altre città importanti da visitare.

Very modern and clean. Really comfortable, with some good little extra facilities like great internet and charging points… Fantastic location for exploring Gubbio!

Coming in and out the parking was a tad tricky but not too much hassle…

Incredible! Very accommodating hosts. The property is very clean and comfortable, it’s recently renovated too. Location is incredible, right in the old town. Pool was fantastic for the kids. Can’t recommend this stay more!

"Great modern apartment with the best owners"

Great location and modern clean apartment with really good facilities. It was nice to have our own little swimming pool to cool off after a full day of sight seeing. Located in a great location with its own car parking. What made the stay the best was the wonderful owners who were always there to help and even took us to the airport to pick up a new rental car as ours got a flat tyre! Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone!

"Superb"

We had a warm welcome from our host. Very nice and comfy lodging at the heart of the historical centre.

The entrance is a bit narrow and you need to be very careful when entering and exiting the property unless you are driving a small car.
