No había nadie presente para hacer el check in. En la puerta hacia la calle había un número de teléfono del cual nunca respondieron llamadas. Pudimos entrar gracias a otra huésped que nos permitió el acceso, y nos dijo que había otro papel con un número telefónico diferente al cual debíamos llamar. La persona que por fin nos recibió, llegó 20 minutos después, además de que no nos dieron la habitación con cocineta que habíamos reservado, y en cambio nos dieron una en la que apenas cabía la cama y sin más espacio para siquiera caminar o moverse dentro de ella. Además las fotos ilustrativas son muy buenas, porque hacen parecer que el lugar es bonito, cuando es lo contrario y descuidado.

They made us pay twice for the "Queen suite Deluxe"! They admitted to have received two payments, but wouldn't repay us. They offered us extra nights instead. We spent a lot of time arguing with them about this, but for our entire stay they kept telling us that they would return to us with our money "in a couple of hours". We are still working on making them pay us our second payment back. There was very little water - if any. We were only able to flush our toilet three times during the three days we stayed. All the hotel guests had the same problem, so there was a run on the one shared lavatory, when that started working for a while. When the receptionist noticed that the common lavatory worked, it was locked(!) It was impossible to shower for most of our stay - because there was no water. The electricity supply was unstable. The pool was empty, so we couldn't use that either. I saw the biggest cockroach I've ever seen in this empty pool. It was almost impressively big. We turned on the ac in the room. After two minutes water started running from the ac onto our beds. One end of our bed - including our pillows therefore got soaked. They couldn't offer us a replacement bed or pillows. The cleaner knew about the problem before we told her. The air in the room stank from fungus. The walls of the room has a serious fungus issue. There were roughly 50 fungus gnats in the bathroom. The first night was very loud, as the windows to the hallway is not soundproof.

The room was canceled at the moment when i arrived due maintenance... and we were left out dry without room in critical period.
