The location of the hotel is excellent, and everything was sparkling clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming.

My window faced an office building just 2 meters away, and it couldn't be opened. Because of the lack of natural light, the room felt a bit like a storage room/closet, which was quite depressing.

立地と周辺施設が便利だった！

清掃入れた日について ・使ったコップが元の位置に戻ってない ・洗面台も擦って洗われていない(浴槽も洗ったのか不安になり、自分たちで磨いてから使用しました) ・洗面台の上に置いてあるコップも使ったまま歯ブラシがささったまま、水滴もついたまま ・空き缶もそのまま ・窓が開けっ放し そもそも清掃はどこまでやりますか？ ベッドメイクと袋にまとめたゴミを捨てた。これ以外は何もされてないと思えるような状況でした。

外国人の方がとても一生懸命励んでみえました。笑顔、対応は素晴らしかったです。

大変申し訳ないですが、朝食があのメニューで、繁忙期はわかりますが、 料理の供給がなかなかなく、充分料金に見合わない内容でした。値段を下げて和食と洋食位にしてバックヤードで作って出せば、生産性があがり、顧客満足も上がるのではないでしょうか？
