Die Küche ist unvollständig ausgestattet. Spülmittel, Geschirrspültabs fehlen. Küchentuch fehlt. Es war also nicht möglich abzuwaschen, wir mussten zuerst Einkaufen. Es hat weder Oel noch Salz. Nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier war vor Ort.

Apartment was clean, building was generally quiet, onsite parking.

Having to go to a separate location to collect keys. No soap (to wash hands) or other basic provisions.

El apartamento está bien ubicado en Lugano, una ciudad que nos ha encantado, con fácil acceso andando a la animada zona del lago. Hay varios supermercados cerca. En general el apartamento está bien equipado, con una terraza muy grande. La plaza de parking perfecta.

Las llaves hay recogerlas y dejarlas en una oficina que está a 15 minutos andando del apartamento y en coche es difícil aparcar en la zona. Esto no es cómodo, y provoca perder tiempo. Sería mucho mejor disponer de un locker de llave en el propio apartamento. El sofacama es extremadamente incómodo. Si necesitas usarlo y te preocupa dormir bien no lo recomiendo. No hay aire acondicionado. En verano a +30°C se hace necesario (incluso en Suiza).

Apartamento super confortável, extremamente limpo, cozinha equipada eletrodomésticos e louças. Roupas de cama e toalhas novas.

Ar condicionado somente no quarto e não funcionou. A localização é afastada do centro de Lugano. Não tem elevador.

The way u check in u have to go and pick up the key ( drive 5-7 minutes) even in check out u have to return it

The apartment is in a central area, very modern and comfortable, Communication about the collection of keys and check-in with the agency was good and straightforward.

There is no air conditioning at the property. The agency provided a fan that wasn't effective. We had to keep the shutters closed and suffer from the scorching heat because the mosquitoes in the air were a real pain, especially in the parking area and the building entrance. The flat was well equipped except for the kitchen as there weren't enough glasses, plates, bin bags, dishwasher's tablets (only 1 tablet provided), and for the bathroom as only 1 sample bottle of shampoo and 1 sample bottle body wash were provided for 4 guests/ 2 nights stay. We couldn't find the recycling containers on the street to put our recycled rubbish out. Returning the keys to the agency could have been avoided if we could drop them in the apartment's letter box.

No airconditioning :-(
