Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds

Rooms were pretty small, kind of cramped and even though we were supposed to have a view of the mountains we basically saw the roof of a wing of the hotel

"I feel like if I’m payingto stay it should be relaxing and it wasnt"

Location and cleanliness

The room above us had 4 kids that jumped off the bed until 2 am. After several complaints to the office, nothing helped. And they claimed they couldn’t move us. The following day, still the same thing. Finally was able to move rooms and still the same noise in that room.
