The staff was exceptional; everyone from the front desk, the security bag check, the bar, the restaurant, the breakfast, the chocolate tasting, room service; every single person involved in each of these services was very friendly and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to accommodate every single request I had. Thank you so much. I am definitely coming back.

Nothing major I just like my room very cold but I could not get it to a very low temperature. They offered to bring a technician but I was always on the go; and it worked out just fine.
