Movenpick Hotel Abidjan

All members of staff were extra friendly and helpful: from the door man to the Jean Yves the front desk clerk and not forgeting the pregnant room service lady... 👌🏾👈🏽

The buffet beakfast was quite repetitive.

Excellent service from an attentive staff, particularly Ines, Benoit and Nobel, who made my stay so enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the AC worked, and general ambience of the hotel was top-notch. Looking forward to my next visit to Abidjan!

Staff friendly, though service extremely slow. Too many seminars make it difficult to find a place to stay for coffee or drink in the reception area. Air conditioning take too long time to adjust when you want to change temperature in the room.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional before, throughout and after my stay. Customer service is at its best at Movenpick hotel Abidjan. Check in and check out are extremely fast and everyone knows what they are doing. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed ordering from the delicious menu every day. I recommend this hotel because they make you feel as if you were at home.

Breakfast in executive lounge cafeteria was better than the cafeteria on the ground floor.

The entire central air conditioner system was not conducive. The temperature in the room and the lobby were not cold as anticipated.

Stayed in the hotel during my business trip. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice breakfast and dinner. Great services from the staff, particularly Estelle from the back office. I lost my luggage in transit which could be very stressful during a work trip, and Estelle was very professional and efficient in providing assistance. It was above and beyond, and the main reason I was very pleased with the stay!
