Localização

Atendimento. Um rapaz questionou, de forma arrogante, a reserva que eu tinha feito no site do Booking dizendo que não era possível que eu tivesse feito daquele modo. Tive que mostrar no meu e-mail que a reserva, de fato, existia. A outra funcionária teve que localizar a reserva pra mim. Depois, ele me passou um valor mais alto do que o que estava na reserva. Mais uma vez tive que mostrar no e-mail o valor que havia sido contratado pelo Booking. Confesso que fiquei decepcionado, a qualidade do atendimento nos hotéis Ibis foi muito superior nas outras vezes.

"Quarto de kitnet, não vale o preço"

Quarto extremamente pequeno, banheiro nao fechava a porta, não se pode sentar no vaso sanitário sem bater as pernas na parede e no porta papel higiênico, de tão claustrofóbico que é o quarto. A ducha molha todo o chão do banheiro pois a porta do box não fecha direito. A TV fica na lateral da cama, já que nem cabia a cama de frente a TV. Estacionamento também extremamente apertado. Valor caro para o cubículo escuro que entrega.
