"Nice place but they don’t clearly explain room downgrade decisions"

The room was clean a quiet even right next to the elevator.

I didn’t get the room I paid for. It was supposed to have a roll in shower which usually has a seat in the shower. I was unable to shower during my stay because of my physical limitations and needing to sit.
