スタッフの方の親切さやキビキビとされてました。大浴場も気持ち良かったです。

ベッド下の不織布の折りたたみケースの中に使った後のようなスリッパや部屋着がありました。ちょっと嫌な気持ちになりました。

全てが清潔で気持ち良かった

初めての利用でした。 チェックインや荷物預けなど、全てアプリを入れてQRコードなどの利用によるものでした。 66歳の私は初回のやり方の説明を知らなかったのでスタッフの方に手取り足取り教えていただきました。事前に情報が欲しかったです。

連泊でしたが、歯磨き粉は追加してくれましたが、歯ブラシも追加して欲しかったです。
