We had a studio. Lots of space. Great bathroom and kitchenette. Kettle, coffee machine, fridge, microwave. Aircon a bit noisy but as it was 37deg outside it was a godsend. Free drinks and cakes on arrival. Bottle of water for the road was a nice touch.

Only gripe was that we went through the automated checkin process to the end and it didn't work, and the most frustrating thing was that the staff seemed to imply that was the norm.

"WE CAN'T WAIT TO BE BACK."

Outside restaurant was busy when we arrived at 2pm - always a good sign! Room was perfect including air con. Underground parking for our motorbike (charged) A 20 minute walk along the river into the beautiful town... look out for cyclists. We ate in the outside restaurant which had an extensive evening menu and really good value. Breakfast was one of the best - there was absolutely nothing omitted. Huge bed, fabulous shower & much needed air con (which was on ready for our arrival ) The hotel was immaculately clean throughout.

Limited seating in bar area .... the comfy couch is a drink free couch !
