Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal sehr nett. Leider haben Sie es nicht geschafft den Ablauf der Dusche innerhalb einer Woche zu reparieren.

Very friendly staff and very good food

the A/C in the room our kids had was not working for the whole stay. They could not fix it the entire stay nor they could give us a different room. At the end they gave us a €10 discount which was an insult for sleeping 7 days without A/C. I did ask for the Hotel Management to get in contact to make things right. I was a professional in the travel industry for 15 years and I know that a 10-15% refund would have been fair. A €10 refund at check out, really?

Very friendly and helpful staff, miles better than today’s hotel.

The rooms need renovating. Bathrooms are really outdated. The toiletries they provide are a joke.... No mini-bar/fridge... Although we specifically asked for a quiet room, we could not sleep at all because of the AC that was located just above the bed and the temperature was too cold and it could not be adjusted. We ended up not sleeping because of the heat. The walls are very thin. We could here everything from our neighbours.
